1. Data Collection and Privacy

Volunteer Sheet Data: Data entered into volunteer sheets persists until deleted by the sheet owner. Sheet owners are responsible for managing their data.

Account Data: Admin account information is retained while the account remains active. Account deletion requests should be directed to the platform administrator.

Security Logs: IP addresses and login attempt data may be retained for up to 7 years for security monitoring purposes.
